Sunrise Sea Villa

The “Sunrise Sea Villa” is located in the seaside village of Chorefto at Pelion. A key feature is the privileged position at the village boundaries, away from the crowded restaurants and cafes, at the seafront, ensuring uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea.

Its design is fully harmonized with the natural environment, focusing to the traditional and bioclimatic architecture and making use of physical materials. Among the main design objectives, are the pleasant, comfortable and luxurious stay and the smooth transition of the villa interior to the exterior living place. It’s a high quality construction adopting latest techniques and providing high-class living.

The “Sunrise Sea Villa” covers an area of 117 m² and develops on two levels. At the first level, with an area 73m², is the living room with the fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom and the storage room with the washing machine and the dryer. The wooden staircase leads to the second level where visitors can see the interior balcony with the office space, the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom.

The use of stone and natural coatings in earthy colors combined with furnitures, handmade wooden elements and unique quality beds and linen create the feeling of a familiar and warm space. Outside, the living area is covered and is fully harmonized with the plants ensuring a pleasant and peaceful staying.

We managed to achieve the combination of light colors, mentioning in island homes, with the strength of stone Pelion construction.
