The property is located in the Tsagkarada settlement, municipality of Mouresi.
The building is adapted in the bents of the ground with the main bent volume of stone underground where is the basic building with “sahnisia” and stones.
Functionally, in the basement there is the garage, the auxiliary spaces and the guesthouse, while the main uses of the building develop on the above floors. On the ground floor, where is the entry in the residence, is found the living room with the kitchen and the dining room, that are in the roof the guesthouse and the garage. In the floor end, are placed the bedrooms with the baths and the essential auxiliary spaces, while light staircases lead to the internal open attics of the rooms.
